Karlyn received an Emmy for "New Approaches to News & Documentary Programming" for her work as editor on Time.com's "Beyond 9/11: Portraits of Resilience"

We could not be prouder of our friend, colleague and the person who will take the wealth of footage we've captured of Charlie Victor Romeo and get it assembled into the film we want to present.

The next steps have begun... The shoot has wrapped and post-production proceeds apace.

You are looking at a screen capture of our offline edit, which began almost immediately after we finished shooting. The offline edit is the process of artfully crafting exactly what the film’s audience will see at any instant over the course of the whole film.

As a piece of theater, Charlie Victor Romeo challenges the conventional theatergoer by forcing the audience’s eye to focus on a tightly occupied flight deck set and the actors struggling within it. In our film we have the responsibility to guide that focus all along the way, using 3D and the benefit of our performance recordings from multiple angles and perspectives to enhance our work… it is truly thrilling to be in that process with the wealth of material and talent we have at hand.

Now we dig back in and perform live for the ticket holding public...

We have new cast members to share, some technical/dramatic tweaks and adjustments to make for October's performances. First and foremost, we would like to welcome Jevon McFerrin, Chris Orbach, and Josh Rubin to the CVR cast! We have been blessed over time to be able to cast from a pool made up of family and friends, and this time is no different. These gentlemen are a welcome addition to our show and it will be exciting to see their work manifest over the coming weeks. Technically, we have some tuning to do with the live experience. The watchword is "immersive" and we will be tweaking our sound and lighting designs to insure the most immersive experience possible for the audience.
