@B Tung - Thank you for informing us. Please contact us at support@customslr.com (attaching photos help) so we can figure out what the exact issue is especially with the dents on the units. In terms of the spinning, we have had a couple cases where a drop of lubrication rectified the issue. In any regard contact us directly so we can look into this.

It's 14th February and I am still waiting for my C-Loop, although you say it was shipped around 11 January!
I also ordered a Lunatik Nano watch strap through Kickstarter. They shipped more than a week after you and the strap arrived more than a week ago.
I am worried my C-Loop has gone astray. Can you advise?
C-Loop arrived today. Class piece of design and manufacture. So nice not to have straps getting in the way. Just need the Split-Strap to make it perfect. Many thanks..

I just rceived my C-Loop, very precision, well built and solid.. a great porduct, already back the Split strap from Custom SLR.. Continue more with great products and design. :)
Stoked - Just received mine in Montreal Canada. Great build quality and easily to use with my Nikon D700 with range of lenses (including 24-70mm, 70-200mm too!). Great work. Just ordered the split strap glide, which I think will be an excellent addition. Keep on invention team!

@Dave - I too have the same issue about the tangled strap with minimal rotation. A bit annoying every now and then unless my camera was positioned on a certain angle. Other than those issues the build quality, design and looks was beyond my expectations. Now to try it out with different straps to see if it works any better.
At last it arrived on Thursday in Scotland and worth the wait!!
Black looks awesome and it is solid. Looks like it would out last any camera pared with it.
Just need to make some time to go out shooting and try it out.
C-Loop arrived yesterday (UK)
HUGE parcel for a tiny tiny box!
Build quality seems good. However the swivelling function of the C-Loop doesn't really work well when using a bulky camera and lens (D300s & Grip, 105mm) pulls the C-loop off vertical, meaning no rotation occurs - subsequently resulting in even more tangles than BEFORE using the C-Loop...
just got my c-loop a few days ago here in Japan...the black is beautiful! Now I just need my split strap to go with it :D

@YoonJun / Jiayang - The Custom IDs are not trackable via USPS unfortunately. Tracking is not available on International orders. It didn't make sense as the cost with tracking was not practical. For international orders it can take up to 3 weeks.
@Cliff - You should have received an email notification by now. Hopefully it has arrived. If not send us a message and we will look into it.
@Reegtlaw - We are making sure Kickstarter backer units are allocated first. An announcement will be made once we put them up for sale on the website (Stock will be limited).

It has been a week since I got the email telling me that my c-loop has been shipped. But the tracking number is not working on usps.com
The number i got is LN10 6626 263U S Please check if that is the correct tracking number for my order.

I received my two, anodized black c-loops and they are awesome! The build quality is exact, clean, and impressive. I have a couple, VERY small nicks on one of my loops but was too excited to care. CSLR, well done folks, now I just need my gliding split strap!!

@Mike looks like their fulfillment company is using USPS, as I just got my shipment notification yesterday. You should get an email with a tracking number, and a link to what I assume is their fulfillment companies tracking site.
I'd like to know what, if any, notice is given when an individual's order is sent? Is it USPS, UPS, FedEx, carrier pigeon? The absence of details is concerning. I'm fairly far down on the list of backers so I didn't expect to get my C-Loop right away, but it's starting to worry me that it's never going to show up.
I agree with many of the comments below. Maybe I was completely unrealistic to think that a project that was so massively overfunded would have been ready to hit the ground running no later than the funding date, if not ahead of time. The updates have been promising shipping dates that come and go with no product in hand and no shipping confirmation from the fulfillment company. On December 31st we were told "All the C-Loops will be shipped out mid January which is only around the corner.", which, by my count, was 4 days ago. I think most of us who have not posted an I got mine and it's so cool comment are feeling very frustrated.
So, just to verify, anyone whose name is in the backers page will be having their C-Loop shipped this week. Is that correct?
I too am a little annoyed to have to wait this long. (backed Nov. 28th) I chose the silver to get it faster, but if I would've known it was going to take just as long would have chosen the black one.
Just wondering how soon would people get their shipment if they weren't part of being a backer such as myself. I ordered the Black C-Loop about 3 weeks ago and was just wondering how long it would take for me to get the item.
