Update #6: Marzo: ¡Noticias! / March: News!
[ES] El equipo de OERT está trabajando duro desde que el proyecto logró su primera meta de financiación en Navidad. Después de 3 meses, ya estamos casi listos para lanzar el sitio www.oert.org También hemos creado un foro de discusión que queremos invitarle a unirse al Foro OERT donde discutiremos todos los aspectos del proyecto. En abril publicaremos otra actualización para anunciar el lanzamiento del proyecto!
[EN] The OERT team has been hard at work since our project reached its first funding goal at Christmas time. After 3 months, we are nearly ready to launch the www.oert.org site. We have also set up a discussion forum that we wish to invite you to join OERT Forum where all aspects of the project can be discussed. Look for a further update in April to announce the launch of the project!
Update #5: 16 Hours To Go!
With just 16 hours to go, we are already US$518 over our target!

We now have just 14 days to go, and have already raised over 75% of our target for part one.

Update #3: Who will analyze and review typefaces?
After 2 weeks we have raised nearly $2,000! Thank you to all our supporters so far!
We are now proud to announce the typography experts who will analyze typefaces as part of the OERT project:
- Ana Sanfelippo and Pablo Ugerman (CDT-UBA graduated; typeface analysis), César Puertas (KABK graduated; typeface analysis)
- Pablo Cosgaya, Natalia Pano and Marcela Romero (FADU/UBA professors, design review)

I teach typography through Cátedra Cosgaya, an undergraduate programme at FADU, the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Urbanism at the University of Buenos Aires. I am a member of the Board of Directors for the CDT-UBA, the post-graduate programme in Typeface Design.
My articles about typography are regularly published in industry magazines and I am a member of ATypI. I have designed the typefaces Proceso Sans, Sansita, Ancha (with Héctor Gatti), CDIcons (with Marcela Romero) and Loreto (with Eduardo Tunni).
I am helping to organize this Kickstarter project with my teaching team.
