Kickstarter plus! Pledge management coming.
Now that most of the survey results are in, we're going to plug this into a small pledge manager that we're developing (the CoolMiniOrNot Kickstarter Pledge Manager, or CKPM!)
So, the survey is just to seed the initial data; once we complete the CKPM, you'll receive an email from kickstarter@coolminiornot.com (this is a dummy email, don't write to it) with instructions on how to login and check your pledge details.
You'll also be given an opportunity to once again add or delete optional items, T-shirt sizes etc, and will get a Paypal link to pay for additional stuff you want above and beyond what you pledged.
We'll update again when it's ready, but in the meantime please whitelist kickstarter@coolminiornot.com in your spam filters to make sure you don't miss getting your login details.
In summary, there's no need to send us email about messing up your surveys. Don't worry, we can save it! We have the technology!

They'd need to be separate pledges, so if one of them is a "late" pledge then drop an email to kickstarter@coolminiornot.com and we'll add that to the queue.

if i wanted to get two abomination sets, but perhaps wanted one to be sent as a gift to a separate address.. would that work? both addresses are foreign (canadian and mine in hong kong), so would there be some way to work that?

The announcement of the battlefoam tray said it will fit in the gamebox with 1/2 inch to spare. I'm assuming the extra tiles will fit within that 1/2 inch, but even if they don't, it's not too bad. The box lid would just sit a little higher up and rest on the contents instead of the box walls. The battlefoam will hold all the minis in the abomination + one each of all extra figs (including their zombie variants. I also ordered the white dice and I'm wondering if there will be room for those in the box with all this loot.

oh oh- Can you guys have some kind of ticker showing how much more above the final funding (781 bazillion dollars or whatever you guys netted out with) you are getting with the extra pledge manager? Not a necessity, but it's fun to watch that number grow :) (more for you guys than us I'm sure, but it's still fun for us nonetheless)
