One question that popped up is: "What is the total in $ for the above?"
This field is just your little scratch field for you to add up all the optional items, and to make it easier for you to figure out how much extra we'll need to bill you (if any).
Please try to fill everything in by the end of the week, this is especially important to determine how many of each T-shirt size we should print!

Pledge level says three. I do not want any more than that, so for extras, that is 0.

Confused about that "Extra" at first too. But after I have read a couple time I guess I should put 0 since I will get one from Abomination level already. The word "Extra" should mean if you want another Abomination set you can get one (or more). So, if I put 1 there, I will get 2 (1+1) Abomination set.

I am pretty sure that if you pledged abomination and only want the one game, than put 0 in the extra abomination set field. The survey is just for anything you want beyond what your selected base reward was. Like if you want some of the optional items or an extra game.

Kinda with Stefan here. Also not really sure in what to put "How many EXTRA Abomination sets? $100 each" I'm assuming 0 since I'm getting 1 and don't want an extra one but want to make sure before I submit my survey. But same question as Stefan, with the $ above do I put in the orginal $100 for the set or just the money for the extras?

Just to absolutely certain - when it says "What is the total in $ for the above?" should I include the original pledge of $100, or is that only the total of all the stuff I wish to throw money at, besides the Abomination level pledge?

humm I have a question, might be that I imagine I had read that, but, if we have pledge for Survivor (2x abominations) and we added for example +$10 for Eva, do we get 1 Eva per abomination set in our pledge or just 1 miniature for the 2 sets?
