About this project
Concealed 360 is a thesis project consisting of an interactive 360-degree mystery short film by a group of students from the Cal State East Bay Graudate Program. This film is unique because it uses a revolutionary idea which will change the way we view movies. Traditionally, the viewer watches a movie and is only able to view what the director chooses to show. This new revolutionary Idea behind Concealed 360 will give the viewer freedom to navigate through the 360-degree space and view any desired area while watching the short film. Also, 360-degree surround sound will complement the experience as the user pans through immersive content. Our project is possible by using multiple HD cameras simultaneously for filming the entire 360-degree scene.
