COMMUNICATOR MALFUNCTION -- You will receive a set of 20 Christmas Cards that have their holiday greetings written in both English and tlhIngan Hol! Nothing says "Happy Feast of the Long Night" like these! You'll also receive a battle-damaged prop from the rehearsal process. That's right. During the rehearsal process there tends to be some carnage. Luckily it is limited to our hand props. You will receive a hunk of a batleth, bloodwine mug, or some other prop... possibly even a piece of Tiny Tim (he's a puppet, you know), signed by the actor who destroyed it. HIGH COUNCIL AMBASSADOR -- You will become part of the production for one night! You will be cast in a walk-on roll for one night of the production. You will have at least one line in tlhIngan Hol (the Klingon Language), and you will be fully costumed in KCC attire and will receive your very own custom-molded forehead & wig. You get to keep the wig & forehead combo. We keep the costume. To facilitate this amazing opportunity, you will also be invited to attend one language lesson with the cast, to assist in learning proper Klingon elocution techniques. You will also attend one rehearsal with the cast to learn your blocking (stage movement). In addition, you will be invited to the invitation-only events (Meet & Greet reception and rehearsal), and will receive 2 VIP tickets to opening night. So that your friends and loved-ones can witness your interstellar acting debut, you will also receive 6 complimentary tickets to the performance in which you will be appearing. Commedia Beauregard is a professional theatre company dedicated to producing translated works. Normally that means translating plays from other languages into English. However, we are also the only theatre company to ever produce a full-length play in tlhIngan Hol (The Klingon Language). Additionally, we explore other meanings of translation. Sometimes we try to translate between art forms. We once commissioned a ballet that translated a Nietzsche essay into a half-hour dance. We've also commissioned playwrights to translate the paintings of Goya and Rembrandt into plays for the stage.

Under the Artistic Direction of Christopher O. Kidder, the company has had a proud history in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul. Very soon the company will expand its operations to Chicago, IL, as well.
