Buzzboy, Roboy Red & Leon: Protector of the Playground are the stars of this tween-a-riffic graphic novel collection, by award-winning comics creators John Gallagher, Rich Faber, & Jamar Nicholas.
This ambitious three-book collection will take at least $6500 to pay for coloring, lettering, design and printing costs. Over 300 pages of color-filled adventure will be offered up for audiences of all ages. Here's what critics have to say:

This unique project will feature distinct art and stories by all three creators, with each artist taking the lead on separate books:
"LEON: PROTECTOR OF THE PLAYGROUND" by Jamar- Schoolyard champion and the world's first latchkey super hero!
"ROBOY RED," by Rich- the tale of a runaway theme park robot -- atomic robot adventure! When a corporate magnate takes over the Roboyland theme park, they want to use Roboy's circuitry for weapons-- soon, Roboy and his friends Dara and Tuck are on the run!
"BUZZBOY"- by John- telling the story of “the world's coolest super sidekick!” When Buzzboy is left alone after an alien attack, he and the teen heroes need to save the day!

The Comic Book Diner is a creative trio consisting of Jamar Nicholas, Rich Faber, and John Gallagher. They share a virtual comics studio, and co-host the COMIC BOOK DINER podcast on iTunes and the web.
Jamar: JAMAR NICHOLAS is an award-winning Philadelphia-based cartoonist, illustrator and educator. Beginning a career in comics in 1997, he self-published his first title The Jamar Chronicles, and has gone on to create several popular properties, most notably web-comic Detective Boogaloo: Hip Hop Cop.
Rich: RICH FABER has been a comic book artist and writer for DC Comics, and is known for his work on Steel, Green Lantern, and Titans. An award winning artist, his specialties include photo-realistic pencil illustrations, brush, pen, and ink work, as well as logo design, and portrait Illustrations.
John: JOHN GALLAGHER, cartoonist, self-publisher, and web designer. John has written and illustrated the Harvey nominated Buzzboy since 1998, and has run his own award-winning design and custom comics studio since 1994.
