Update #7: Shipping Starts Now

Posted on February 10

I've had a few people asking about the status of everything so I decided to respond to the group.

The good news is everything has been printed, checked, rolled into tubes and slipped into envelopes.

I'll begin shipments tomorrow.

I also have the BFOM site up with all your names. If for some reason you don't want your name on the site, or want your last name just initialed, let me know:

http://bicyclesforourminds.com/

To tide you over until your packages arrive, I've posted a set of photos on Flickr of the posters (sorry, no decal pictures yet). Man they look great:

Thanks -

Update #4: Now the fun part...

Posted on January 4

I said it before, I'll say it again - Thank you all for getting this project successfully funded. Based on my survey reports, it looks like I'll be sending these all over the world. I'm happy this design is multi-lingual. :-)

You've done your part and now I have to do mine.

The next step for me is to send over the final artwork files to Sanctuary Printshop this week and beginning printing either by the end of this week or next week. Given I'm in New York and Sanctuary is in Texas I'm having them send me initial proofs before they do the full run for both the black and white poster versions.

As I detailed on the main project page, I'm aiming to get everyone's ordered shipped by the end of January or early February. If proofs and sign-offs go quicker than anticipated I'll be sending everything out sooner — and letting you know. The decal printing process is less involved than the one for posters and it's very likely those of you who are just getting decal rewards will be getting yours sooner.

That's all I got right now. I'll be keeping the internet tubes quiet until I have an update.

Best-

Michael

P.S. - Some of you have experienced some difficulties with your payments clearing. Have no fear, we'll figure things out and if you've backed this project you'll get your reward.

I'm speculating this error is occurring on some of the $1 backers perhaps because the amount is too small for both Amazon and Kickstarter to deduct fees from, but I'm not sure yet. If this is the case, I'll absorb this cost, I won't be passing it on to you. Once I know more I'll let those of you effected know.

I was just wondering the same thing about the digital wallpaper sets, my new MacBook Pro feels lonely without them :)

Hey guys, I'll have the wallpapers up this weekend. I'll also be launching a new site for those who missed the Kickstarter to get posters and decals: http://bicyclesforourminds.com/

      Thanks for being patient.
