The floors have been largely patched and ground down. The space is even and easier to walk on.
The next step is patching any drywall and finishing walls up to the ceiling. Then the final sanding can be done and sealant applied to the floors. Things are finally really starting to look like they are shaping up around here!

The extra money really helps take care of the bite that kickstarter and amazon take for processing and handling the legal bits.
