Hi Everyone,

We've cut many different things, but this material is a bit challenging.  The pad is made of a 15mm thick top & bottom nylon coated neoprene. This same fabric is used to make deep diving suits, Mac Pro, iPad, iPhone cases just to name a few.  The material is very flexible, water resistant, tough and most important comfortable.  After many tries we finally figured out how to cut this material correctly.  You'll notice a very nice clean cut finish and the pre cut quick shoulder plate adjustment holes.  Another thing we decided was to lose the nasty glue and and time it took. The pad is industrial strength velcroed to the plate, that can be pulled off and put back on with ease. We're very excited about the new shoulder plate pad & material and know it will serve its purpose.

We're almost done with the finishing process and the new shoulder pad material came in today.  After testing the top plate pads, we decided to look a little more into the shoulder pad before we shipped them out.  We custom ordered a thicker more durable, comfortable, water resistant, foam rubber.  We should have that wrapped up in a few days.  I think it's safe to say shipping starts next week.  Thank you very much for your patience and promise the extra week was worth the wait.

We've finished all machining at 500+ parts and have started the finishing process. The finishing process is very labor intensive and will have a starting shipping date on the systems in a few days. We'll be working through the nights and weekends to get these systems out to you on time. We also ordered a few custom upgrades to the rig at no cost and will have more on that as soon as it arrives.

Quick update - We're finishing up on the 12" rails, Knurled handles and will start the shoulder plates next week.  We have also improved a few pieces on the IR13-SR systems as well and will have more information for you very soon.
