The Retaliator is the United Earth Empire's premiere, if aging, jump-capable heavy bomber. Massive formations of these spacecraft running long-range strike missions is not an uncommon site around the fringes of the empire. With a distinctive elongated silhouette that is dotted with turrets and carrying a massive bomb load, the Retaliator is an effective symbol of Imperial might. As such, they are the frequent centerpiece of Space Force recruiting posters. Retaliators are ground-based, with all but the largest carriers unable to operate them effectively. Heavily modified Retaliators are becoming commonplace on the civilian market as the design ages and earlier production runs are sold off en-mass. Outfitted to carry cargo instead of antimatter bombs and with the waste turret positions typically swapped for makeshift living quarters, they make a good medium freighter or a basic explorer. Some have even been converted into long-hop passenger spacecraft!

That's nice and all, but 4 updates in one day is a bit excessive. You can't put 'em all into one big update every day or so? Or give us an option to make it a weekly update. I mean, I think it all looks cool, and I've already given y'all money. I'd like to stay up on big news, but I don't necessarily want 6 updates in a little over 24 hours. That's just silly.

-In the first image test, would expect that that engine is POWERING rather than containing the thrusters?
-As already noted, the weapon counts don't appear to mesh with the hardpoint counts; clarification?
-Going by the image, it's a bit hard to see how the waist turrets would be adapted to living quarters, pic of this would be interesting.

Just supposition- but consider a turrent may have more than one Barrel- so it may have 3 Heavy turrets with 2 Cannons each, and 2 secondary turrets with one - 8 total lasers cannon.

Nice! Usually when I hear the word 'bomber' in a sci-fi context, I think of something like a Tie Bomber. Single person, small-ish payload, needs a swarm to do anything.
It's awesome to have more of a 'B-17' kind of bomber. I can't wait to get a bunch of friends together, load up a full crew and fighter escort and blow up some baddies :D
