About this project

Chemically Imbalanced Comedy is a 10 year old Theater Company located in our 50 seat black box Theater in the heart of Chicago's Wrigleyville neighborhood. Currently the store front space next to us is open and we would like to rent it to turn it into a bar/lobby for our Theater. This would also give us the ability to expand our current space and add 13 more seats.

This is an important project for us because it would mean we could start to generate revenue to be able to pay our staff, performers, and designers (all working for free for the past 10 years) while still keeping our ticket prices low (between $5-15) so we can deliver entertainment to the masses without breaking the bank.

We have been a launching pad for Chicago's emerging talent for the past ten years and hope this growth will allow us to not only continue to give new talent a place to play, but create new opportunities for the next generation of performer as well.
