About this project
Either by design or accident, there is an excellent chance that some day you will be thrust back in time. Be prepared! The Time Travel Survival Guide gives you everything you need to not only survive, but to thrive in the past. No scientific theory, paradox hypotheses, or ethics speeches here. I assume time travel will one day be possible and we can do whatever we want.
I have been working on this book for several years, off and on, but have never had the time to finish it. Since I'm self employed, work simply keeps getting in the way. I have about 50% of the content completed. With funding, I can take a couple of weeks to finish it and pay for the initial printing.
In addition to the book, the TTSG has survival add-ons.
1. The most important is the Historical Timeline, which is a 1" x 36" timeline "cheat sheet" of inventions/events to keep with you in case you get launched back in time. Knowing when the clothes hanger, eyeglasses and the crossbow where invented, or when Yahoo stock peaked, when the first Battle of Bull Run was fought, or the date the Mayflower arrived at Cape Cod, could make you rich, powerful or allow you to bend history to your desires.
2. In case Terminator and The Time Traveller's Wife are right, and all your clothes and possessions are left behind, I've created an exclusive aluminum airtight Historical Timeline Storage Device. It's up to you where you would insert this so that it's inside your body at the moment you leap back in time.
3. And just for fun, I've created designs for "I'm Ready" gear to wear to show everyone you're ready for sudden thrusts back in time.
With the time travel craze hitting its peak, now is the time to complete this book. I appreciate any help you are willing to offer, and will happily reward you as described in the Backers Rewards.
By the way, have fun figuring out why I chose the Backer Rewards level names!
