I grew up in small-town Michigan and learned to sew from my mom, who learned from her mom. After college at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago I moved to Los Angeles and am keeping the tradition alive by teaching others to sew! I write for various magazines, design sewing patterns, and have a book called Chic & Simple Sewing. Help me go to the next level!
