Christi Cooper-Kuhn is a producer for "TERRA: The Nature of Our World" video podcast at www.lifeonterra.com. In addition, she serves as a producer for a 13-part MontanaPBS series, which features independently produced science and nature films from Montana and around the world.
Christi obtained a MS in Microbiology from Colorado State University and a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Regensburg, Germany. She has spent significant time doing basic research and teaching in a university setting.
Christi's primary goals are to combine her skills and knowledge in the Natural Sciences with her desires to create compelling narratives focused on raising awareness about sociopolitical issues. Her passions lie in these issues and in personal stories.
Christi is currently working towards an MFA in Science & Nature Filmmaking at Montana State University.
After only one day of being online, The Sunrise People has already received almost 10% of it's goal! I greatly appreciate the backer's generosity, especially in these difficult economic times.
