Update #5: We've been reviewed!

Posted on April 23, 2010

I hit the screening of "Freeport" last weekend in Atlanta along with writer Ken Frank. I talked to many, did a few interviews and basically enjoyed the hell out of screening the film for an audience. To listen to people laugh and literally feel them being pulled into the world was amazing.

Monday, I received an email from Teresa Alvarez, a movie reviewer for Examiner.com. Below is my first movie review.

Thank you again to all of you. Without your contribution, "Freeport" would have never found it's audience.

Update #4: And in the end...

Update #1: Next stop...Freeport

Posted on October 6, 2009

I want to thank everyone right off. Six days down and I can't be more excited at where we are at. Thank you! Endlessly!

Great news on the film itself. The complete original soundtrack is all in place and the film has made its way over to our post production mixer. What does that mean? Well, we may have a completed film within a week or so. It's been such a long road and there's still a while to travel, but a finished film...that's a stop that deserves a little champagne!

In the next week or so, I hope to give the backers some special gifts like a peek at one of the songs made for the film as well as other fun goodies.

Thank you again for your support, and please, spread the word to friends, family and strangers. "Freeport" is a project built of love from the ground up. Help give it the chance to reach audiences everywhere.

Chris
