About this project
I am filming a short 3D movie as part of my masters degree final project. This will be one of three such movies and the first one I've put on Kickstarter. The thrilling aspect of this movie is delivered by the cadre of zombies unleashed on an unsuspecting couple in high definition 3D. The comedy is brought in by the fact that these zombies were created from mimes.

How will the money be used you ask? Feeding the cast and crew as well as gas money for any out of town folks. We also need to create the awesome costumes and props for your viewing pleasure. Our budget breakdown is as follows:
$70 = crew fees $150 = gas money for cast and crew $350 = catering for cast and crew during production $60 = ADR sessions $200 = wardrobe and props +10% added for contingency costs ---------------------------- $911 total estimated budget

If by done you mean in post-production; then, yes! We're finished with the filming and pretty much wrapped up with the editing. Just a few final touches needed now.

Hopefully all over the place. But, more realistically you'll be able to catch it at the IU Cinema once or twice at our 3D showcase events and I'll be submitting it to various 3D film festivals in hopes of screening to a wider audience.
Of course our generous backers will all get to see it on DVD or 3D Blu-ray.

I'm finishing up my M.S. degree at Indiana University concentrating on 3D movie production. I teach the 3D production class at IU and work full time with our Advanced Visualization Lab.
