A fun book to help us learn our American presidents.
Help me publish 'Washington's Waltz'!
'Washington’s Waltz' is a fun look at our American presidents. This book is made for both children and adults because both could use a little help in remembering our presidents. Illustratively, I am very influenced by mid-century design and animation. Books, movies, art should all be made for everyone and I hope I can succeed in making books that are enjoyable for the very young and very old.
Plus, it's fun to draw Buchanan in a tu-tu.
The money you contribute to the 'Washington Waltz' campaign will allow the book to be self-published and printed in a nice, 8"x8", hardcover format to be sold all over! The above video shows my paperback version, but this funding will allow me to cheaply print on hardcover with a foil stamp. yay.
With the publication of 'Washington's Waltz' I will be able to work on future projects, including a book about parrot adoption that will act as a source of charity for parrot rescue.
Hopefully we can generate enough Lincolns and I can send you some fun goodies along the way.
To publish 500 copies of the hardcover it will cost $3,764.
So every cent will go to the publication/printing.
If we raise more than the $3,764 needed I will print as many copies as possible and send everyone who pledged $10 or more a copy of the book! Woo!

SIGNING EVENT. Author/Illustrator, Cassie Kelly, will sign books at your event and tell stories of presidential shenanigans. This pledge includes 50 copies of the book, and Cassie will bring her silly things that you can only buy from her at her rare convention appearances. You must cover transport and housing for the trip. Cassie is only 4'11" so she can fit in a small suitcase if needed.
