About this project
At a prestigious dance academy, the young and persevering Vesper just can't seem to catch a break in the hostile, chic environment. Things seem at their worst when director Byron and his lackey Michael won't even give her the time of day. However, things take an unexpected turn when she finds an abandoned and comatose Gabriel. Vesper and her high strung roommate, Eliza soon find themselves caught in the middle of something much more mysterious and impending as they are drawn into the unseen world of the two hearted, the good, and the evil.
This project is aiming to shoot, edit, and polish a feature length film within the span of THREE MONTHS! Two Hearts has been in intense pre-production since the script was read in September of 2011 with principal photography scheduled to begin in early February of 2012.
This will be an incredibly intense and rigorous time where every cent counts, all funds will be going to ensure the continued rental of professional film EQUIPMENT, lights, camera, rigs, you name it. Securing of LOCATIONS, moving back and forth of actors, crew, and heavy equipment builds up immense TRANSPORTATION costs, and of course elaborate SET DESIGN to match our equally amazing VISUAL EFFECTS. This to name only a few production elements as MUSIC and SCORING will be done by local Providence artists.
THE FILM MUST BE COMPLETED BY APRIL 28, 2012 where it will show for all to see in the AVON THEATRE in Providence, Rhode Island. This is a passionate and critical undertaking for everyone involved and we are hoping to have you join us!

Calvin Main is the Director of Two Hearts, and while this is his first launched kickstarter he was also the Director of Whole Grain, a previous successful film production AND successful kickstarter campaign. He is a 22 year old Senior in his last year at Brown University with a comprehensive background in television production and deep seated passion for filmmaking.
