This is a film about people following their passion, about doing what it is they love, regardless of the consequences.
WE WANT THIS FILM TO BE SEEN... ...as widely as possible. We want to inspire people with the bravery and dedication of street performers who wake up every morning and expose their souls to the world in a raw and passionate way. We hope to relate the audience to their struggle and allow people to appreciate their talent if only for a moment in our otherwise busy lives.
With over 90 hours of footage already shot, we are in the first half of our post-production phase. We are creating the framework of our film, including style and story arch content and would like to focus on this project full time.
Your donations would go toward supporting our production facility and personnel, allowing this project to have 100% of our attention instead of our team juggling production with part-time employment to make ends meet.
THE FILM IS AN EXPLORATION...
...of our humanity. It's a perspective on the world that is raw and often complicated by a wide range of extreme emotion. Street performance can reportedly give a high unlike anything else in the world, but at what cost? What is the cost of following our passions? What are the risks? The rewards?
These are the stories of individuals who have risked everything to follow their passion of playing music or performing on the streets for crowds of 'not necessarily interested' people for the occasional chance to connect in a deeply human and empathic way that can only be experienced when doing what it is you know you were put on this earth to do.
