In the mail you will receive a unique Burkini Surf thank you card, a signed and numbered print of a life drawn portrait sketch depicting one of the models in her surfing outfit on a surfboard, and a signed and numbered print of a fully rendered value and line composition sketch used to create the design for a large scale Burkini Surf mixed media drawing. Unlike my figure sketches of the models, this compositional sketch will also depict the imagined coastal urban landscape I chose to place the model in for the large scale drawing.

With this contribution I will be able to cover the cost of art materials for one art piece and my time for a full 2 days in the wood shop; measuring, cutting wood, and attaching all the pieces together into a single 5x5’ drawing support. Along with e-tickets for private access to my visual research library of photos and action footage from the Burkini Surf Event, you will receive a unique Burkini Surf thank you card, and you will have the option of choosing to receive a high quality signed and numbered color print of any of my finished art pieces from the series or one of my original compositional sketches.

Because of your generosity I will have been able devote two weeks of my time to drawing one of my compositions out on a large scale wooden relief sculpture, getting me half way to the piece’s completion! If you don’t know how to surf, come out to Seal Beach and I will set you up with a board, wetsuit, and lesson from yours truly. I’ll take footage of you surfing for you to take home and show your friends! Your donation will allow me to dedicate the time necessary to complete two of my pieces in this series, getting me that much closer to having enough work for a solo show.
