Virginia, 1862, a Union scout gets lost in the forest and must face every hardship available to a soldier in the Civil War.
I plan on making an American Civil War short film this August and September and need your help to make a high quality production.
The Idea
Virginia, 1862, a young Union scout is sent on a heroic mission that may turn the fate of the war. Will he make it? Faced with the brutalities of nature and the cunning heart of the embittered south, the young scout comes face to face with death and barely escapes, or does he? Dangerous encounters with cowboys and raging rivers, the Union soldier faces every peril known to the adventurer!
Why Kickstarter? Why Not!
Kickstarter.com is a website that allows people to donate money to creative projects. The set goal is the minimum amount needed. If the goal is not reached the project does not receive any money, however, the goal may be exceeded. The contributors are rewarded for donating and the rewards are listed on the right.
What will the money be used for?
A wireless microphone and an album of royalty free music. All the money donated over the budget will go towards other project expenses.
