Our first production update!
We have already accomplished quite a bit. In Los Angeles, we filmed extensive interviews with Shane and also with a dozen of Shane and Tom’s closest friends.
Recently, we traveled to Kalispell, Montana, Shane’s hometown. During a three-day shoot, we interviewed Shane’s parents, sisters, grandmothers, many other family members as well as several of his childhood friends. In addition to filming locations important to Shane’s childhood, our film crew captured the beauty of the “big sky country.”
We’re very happy to have completed this part of Shane and Tom’s story and we continue to move closer to having our film wrapped by mid-October.

Great news, keep up the good work. So glad I could contribute to this very worthwhile project. Shane's original video made me cry. It made me even more determined to campaign for LGBT equality than I was already.
Also, I know it has changed hearts and minds all over the place, so I am sure that the film Bridegroom will do that even more.

With Obama's public backing of gay marriage, I also wonder what his (US version of MP's - sorry, I'm British and my knowledge of US politics is awful, I'm ashamed to say) have to say on this matter.
