About this project
Do you like DINOSAURS? Me too! That's why I wrote a whole bunch of music about dinosaurs, and formed this amazing group called "The Cretaceous Quintet"! We have been entertaining nursery school and museum audiences for the past four years, singing songs about the paleontologically passionate and the alphabetically enthusiastic, from confused Carnotaurs and dancing Deinonychi to soccer-playing Stegosauri.
We want to record our songs in a real live album, just like rock stars do, only with dinosaur music!
We have some great guest artists who have already committed to the project, including the Yale Concert Band, who will make "The Alphabet of Dinosaurs" into something really spectacular.
And guess who else might guest appear on "Roar"? YOU! If you give $40 or more, you can yell "Roar!" into a microphone, and I will include your roar in the album, and list you as a "roarer" in the album credits. Imagine being listed in the credits of a children's album!
EVERYONE who contributes to this project will be invited to the CD release party, get a mention on the album's liner notes, and be thanked publicly on our facebook fanpage (which is right here: www.facebook.com/cretaceousquintet. Become a fan!)

The Cretaceous Quintet will perform a full set of dinosaur songs wherever you choose. You pick the place, arrange for the venue if necessary, and provide transportation if we can't drive, and we will play our hearts out to anyone you want, be it a children's birthday party, a museum special-event, or as part of an educational series for your orchestra. Heck, we'd play just about anywhere, so long as there are DINOSAUR FANS around.
