@Blake: Hi, Blake!
At the start of each game, every player starts off with 2 Karma Tokens.
If Player A decides to place a puzzle piece into Player B's puzzle as an offensive move, Player A must then take one of Player B's Karma Tokens. Players with 0 Karma Tokens cannot be targeted for such moves, whereas more aggressive players who have accumulated several tokens are opening themselves up to a lot of payback.

The next update will be about the approval of the proof / pre-production sample. If the proof process is on track, then Grand Prix International will send it and we will be able to review it soon. This next step is particularly interesting to us because this proof will give us an indication of what the final Puzzle Me! product will look like.

The next milestone for Puzzle Me! is still the completion of the pre-production sample. We're in the process of making some file corrections with GPI; once that's done, I'm told that it won't take too long for the pre-production sample to be sent. Once it arrives, I will make the next update to our Kickstarter campaign.
I'm sorry that I don't have better news right now. Thank you for your continued patience, folks.

Hello, Dawn,
Puzzle Me! is currently in the production process. We are waiting to receive our first pre-production sample from our manufacturer, Grand Prix International. Once that is received, Brainstormers will either approve it, or we will ask GPI to make adjustments. Once we have an approved pre-production sample, full-on production of Puzzle Me! will commence!
I will post an update when I receive that pre-production sample so that you and the other backers can see what it looks like. As for the final ship date, all I can right now is that we are targeting the Summer.

What I can say for sure is that me and a couple of other Brainstormers have played Carcassone. It rocks! And it wasn't until you mentioned it that I realized there are some fundamental similarities between Carcassone and Puzzle Me.

Really love that you're doing the special puzzle piece, it would be a great conversation starter for anyone that notices. "Thank you" is fine, but maybe something along the lines of "Puzzle Me! Starter" or "Puzzle Me! Backer" might be more appropriate. Its also an opportunity for you guys to come up with some neat slogan :D
Quick question, when I watched the video, and what made me throw some money your way was that this game reminded me a lot of Carcassone, have you guys ever played that and/or was it any sort of inspiration?
