This is a great idea and I'm definitely glad it was funded, but you guys never followed through on your rewards promises! $150 is a lot of money for me to have given to strangers and have it just fall into a black hole... Maybe at least send an email update as to how you used our money?

      Hi RoninMInds,
/Thanks so much for your generosity with the project!
When I set the project up, I thought I allowed people to get all the lower pledge rewards for a higher pledge amount, but I am not sure how to check to see if this is the case.

Hi there. Important question: in many fundraisers, (especially on KickStarter) pledges at higher amounts also include the lower pledge rewards. This helps encourage people to give more.

Hoping that system either already is the case with BK Farmyards or can just be improved as such. I think you'll get higher initial pledges, as well as people managing their existing pledges to raise them.

Thank you for listening & good luck!

THROW US A DINNER PARTY TO RAISE THE $$$ How it works: Throw a dinner party at your place, and ask your guests to pledge money to our campaign (6 people at $25 = $150). You will also receive a postcard from one of our chicks, and big thank yous all around. This reward is also available for people you pledge $150 without the dinner party. Do you want to develop your own farmyard? Enjoy our consultation services for a growing season. Send us photos of your yard as well as your dietary preferences, and we will draw up a crop plan for you along with a schedule for starting seeds. During the season, consult with us about any pest or disease concerns in your new farmyard: we will give you information about pest cycles you should be aware of for your crops. We will also provide consultation to improve your soil health: your crops are only as healthy as your soil!
