Dear Brooklyn Night Bazaar Kickstarter supporters:
Thanks to your early support, the first Brooklyn Night Bazaar took place in October at Dekalb Market. The event went well beyond all our expectations with about 5,000 in attendance, an amazing lineup of music, vendors and art. Sorry if any of you were trapped in the lines, we were not expecting that many people.
Building on the magic that took place at the inaugural event, we have planned the next version of the Bazaar, which will take place in a HUGE 40,000 square foot warehouse in the heart of Williamsburg (149 Kent Ave.) for three nights - December 15, 16 and 17 between 5PM and 1AM on each night. That's less than two weeks away.
The Bazaar will be split into two rooms, the market space, which will be free, and the concert space, which will be ticketed.
The music lineup is kind of insane - James Murphy, The Hold Steady, F*ucked Up, and lots lots more.
We've confirmed over 100 amazing merchant, art, and food vendors. NBNY is coming on board to curate the space and will be bringing in 5 very talented artists to project art onto the warehouse's soaring 30 foot walls.
It's all coming together to be another incredible night. Please keep supporting the Bazaar by showing up and by telling your friends/family about it (please post it, tweet it, etc.).
Here's a recent press release with a rendering of what we hope the market space will look like.
See you there and thanks!
