2012 Classes
We're going to have a big year of learning lined up. Currently you can take our beginner Jam class. You learn all the in's and out's of making jam and jelly. We offer these classes if the option of groups of 5 for $150 or group of 2 for $95. Class includes print up and snacks. Only available in NC.
For 2012 you'll be able to take our beginners "Rustic Bread" class. You'll learn to make a starter, how yeast works, folding, shaping and flavoring. Again, comes with snacks and a print out of recipes to try from home. These are hand made breads, and we don't cover using a bread machine... so be prepared to get your hands dirty!
Putting together a class for "Pressure Canning" and a class for "Sustainable Home Gardening Practices". If you are interested in any of these classes please feel free to send us a message by email or through etsy or here. You can schedule your class for anytime. We come to you... and you get individual attention without a huge class atmosphere.

For this special spot we are offering you our Private Jam Class! If you live in Central or Eastern NC we will travel to you for this class when our proposal ends. You get to schedule the date between March and October of this year. This class covers up to 5 people so includes your friends.
