Saying good-bye to a friend is never easy. But when that friend is going on the trip of a lifetime, it's a little easier to let go.

We're excited to be back on Kickstarter.com raising funds for the second part of Binky to the Moon! We've created a rough video showing all the phases of the project, from the actual pictures of the kids giving up their binkies through spot color drafts. Check it out!

Now it is time to create the final, full-color illustrations and prepare the book for print. A special thanks for the talents of Sarah Knott and David Schlosser.

The best part of this entire project was when I showed my kids the video last night. They were beaming that a book was being created about something they did in real life and other kids may do the same thing! That moment made all the weekends and late nights worth it.
