The Final Countdown
Holy Shmoly, this is stunning. I've been watching the numbers tick upward all day, almost obsessively. And what I can't wrap my brain around is I'm just an average guy with an idea, and you all think its cool enough that at this point we've got over $73,000 racked up and more coming in. Wow.
So here we are in the final 15 (gulp) hours with about $15K left to go. So that's about $1000/hour that we need to have come in over the final push. Or how about a few folks drop $7.5K in just 2 hours and put us out of our misery?! Whew, ok, breathe...
Impossible to do in 15 hours, you say? Well, "impossible" is what some folks told me 29 days ago when I started and look where we're at! Outstanding folks! (Bing! Bing! Look at that - as I'm writing this, Ryan and Eric both just popped up with pledges!)
Tomorrow we'll be at the Denver VeloSwap with the prototype High Roller giving demo rides all day and soliciting even more pledges. Bike manufacturers, bike shops, bike riders, bike enthusiasts all in one spot, and I have a good feeling this will put us over the top. So until tomorrow, thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU.
