Update #2: In Bolivia, Water and Ice Tell of Climate Change

Posted on December 14, 2009

Friends,

The New York Times just published an article on how climate change is impacting a community in Bolivia. While the Carteret Islanders have lost their fresh water sources to rising seas and salt water inundation, this community in Bolivia may be forced to migrate as nearby glaciers melt and their fresh water disappears. We need to sound the alarms in as many forms as possible!
