Help us start a Christian game revolution by using the popularity of the iPhone and iPad to bring BIG Bible Town to kids ages 5-10.
And receive BIGBibleTown.com rewards to give for Christmas!!
BIGBibleTown.com is a new online game that immerses kids in scripture-based Bible adventures. It includes all the features that make games like Club Penguin so appealing to kids – a customizable virtual character, their own house that they can decorate, a virtual economy, and mini-games that kids play to earn virtual money. The Christian distinction with BIG Bible Town is that our 32 mini-games are interactive recreations of 32 Bible stories.
This project will fund porting the first 10 of these Bible story games to mobile platforms. Then as kids play these mobile games, they will be learning these Bible stories and building their Christian character. Plus, they will also receive a free BIGBibleTown.com account, so the coins and points they earn in the mobile games will automatically add to their virtual piggy bank to buy clothes and pets for their character and to build their homestead and town.
The Bible Adventure Games
Explore Egypt and experience the plagues of locust, flies, and frogs, then help the Israelites flea Egypt.
Play and learn Jesus’ parable about the Good Samaritan; help the innkeeper take care of the traveler.
Find the well where Jesus speaks to the Samaritan women; then help her find people to tell about Christ.
Explore Jericho and learn about Jesus and Zacchaeus; then find the people Zacchaeus cheated and help pay them back.
Play and learn how Noah obeyed God; help him gather and feed the animals.
Find the angels speaking to the shepherds in the field; then find the baby Jesus and tell people in Bethlehem about his birth.
Learn how faith led the men to bring the paralytic to Jesus to be healed; help them repair the roof.
Explore Egypt and see how Joseph interprets the Pharaoh’s dreams; help fill the granary for the coming famine.
Learn how God answers Hannah’s prayer; then find and collect gifts for her baby.
Explore Babylon to learn how God saved Daniel from the lions, then find King Darius' decrees and lead the people to worship God

After spending 20 years developing simulations and war gaming systems for the Army, Bobby Wells, Brian Mitchell, and Marilyn Wells formed Third Day Games with the goal of leveraging kids’ love of video games to help teach them God’s Word. Third Day Games subsequently developed 95 Bible story games that sequenced with popular Sunday School curricula and has recently launched BIGBibleTown.com, a Christian alternative to popular online games such as Club Penguin.
