About this project
It's that time again! We're headed to Bike!Bike! Southeast March 25-27, 2011!
Bike!Bike! Southeast is a regional conference inspired by the international conference Bike!Bike! The conference seeks to empower individuals and organizations by sharing ideas, critiquing successes and failures, and establishing an on-going community network of support between cities.
Bici has attended Bike!Bike! Southeast for the past two years, and this year we are enthusiastically anticipating this time of renewal, encouragement, and brain storming with other bike co-ops from our region and beyond. We hope to return with new ideas for make Birmingham the most rockin' bike town around!
Our destination is Charleston, SC, home of Holy City Bike Co-op. The money raised will go toward gas, food, housing and registration for the Bici volunteers. Depending on how many Bici volunteers attend, we might also use the money to help rent a van to haul us up there.
