We're recording a new EP! Yeah, "we" as in "you and me." Together.

Thanks for taking a look at my campaign! Here's what it's all about...

PROJECT: 5-song Worship EP
GOAL: $12,000

I could probably count on 11 hands the number of times I've been asked, "Hey guy, do you have any worship songs on a CD?" I always say, "Nope. Not yet." Then we both frown a little and go on about our day. It's time to put that in the past.

For real, though. I've been wanting to record a vertically-driven worship album for a while now. It just always seemed that "life" kept happening, which left that desire on the back-burner. Until now. 

I have a strong passion and calling for leading people in worship of the creator of the universe. And I really feel like I have some new songs in my heart and in my soul that God wants to bring out! 

My plan is to go into the studio in November (if we meet our goal). I would like to record 4 original tunes and a cover/remix of an old hymn. (Still trying to decide which one!) It's gonna be a pop/worship record with a OneRepublic meets Jesus Culture kind of vibe. I'm super stoked to get some new music in your hands!

You might be thinking, "$12,000 is a lot of money, Ben." I would say you're wrong. It's actually a WHOLE FREAKIN' LOT of moolah. I don't even think millionaires have that kind of cash. But this is where there's strength in numbers. Every dollar counts. Literally!

And just to give you an idea of where that number's coming from, here's a little price estimate breakdown. 

RECORDING: $6,000 (5 songs)

MIXING: $2,000 (5 songs)

MASTERING: $1000 (5 songs)

DUPLICATION: $1,000 (1000 copies)

DESIGN: $500

KICKSTARTER FEE: $600 (5%)

AMAZON FEE: $600 (5%)
