Fresno, its time you had a different kind of breakfast, a breakfast that isn't country, and isn't a corporate. Its time for you to have breakfast that ROCKS! That is where we come in, we have taken all the things you love about breakfast, French toast, Pancakes and Sausage, Eggs Benedict and all the others thrown them on their heads and come up with some great new creations and we can't wait to bring them to you...literally. Unfortunately buying the truck we need to do it is making it pretty difficult to get it to you. 

We are Benaddiction, a food truck dedicated to scratch made gourmet breakfast and lunch. Our opening menu will consist of four Benaddictions, Eggs Benedict Sandwiches), The D's Bites (bites of French toast covered in breakfast cereal), The Flogging Molly (a breakfast burrito Irish Style with Corned Beef, Potatoes O'Brian and Hollandaise Sauce), and a Greek Yogurt Parfait...And that's just what we have in store for breakfast! 

So who are these saviors of the savory bringing you this fresh baked deliciousness? Benaddiction is the brain child of James Caples, a 10 year veteran of the restaurant industry occupying every position from Buss boy to General Manager in a variety of Corporate and Fine Dining Restaurants. Jason Valencia is the skills behind the operation. Jason was raised in the Bronx where he was taught by his grandmother in their family restaurant until moving to California to finish high school. After graduation he went to Paris where he studied cooking and broke into the exclusive Parisian food scene. When he returned to the States Jason spent time in Last Vegas and the Bay Area before returning to Fresno where he has worked with 5 Restaurant, La Parisian Cafe and Yard House. 

We are trying to raise $20,000 to buy a used food truck and make a few small repairs so that we can be on the road providing you with the breakfast you deserve by the end of July. 

If you have always felt breakfast in our great city has been lacking something please pledge and help us fill that void. We are planning on operating throughout Fresno and Clovis and are negotiating to be able to stop at Willow International Community College, Clovis Community Hospital and The Water Tower Down with new stops to come soon.
