Brian has dedicated his life to telling stories through images and sound. At the age of 18 he started as a radio news reporter in San Francisco and later went on to work as a television reporter and anchor. He later spend 15 years as a commercial video producer directing, shooting and editing more than 1550 radio and television commercials and long-form marketing programs. With this communications experience he then spent five years directing media projects for the American Lung Association of California. When the publisher of Videomaker magazine offered him the opportunity to become the Editor in Chief, he couldn't resist and Brian spent two energizing years directing the editorial content of this popular national media publication. But his love for being behind the camera and creating documentaries drove him to start his own production company in 2007. Brian now produces short form documentaries and training videos for clients that include, Pacific Gas and Electric, Mitsubishi Electric, California State Parks, Perpetual Power, Sacramento County Water Resource, Shopsmith, Inc., and others. . Brian is also a certified Steadicam operator and video training consultant.
His equipment list includes way too many high definition cameras, the best audio gear and a substantial lighting and grip package that includes a versatile 21-foot camera crane
