About this project
UPDATE: Principal photography is complete!
There's still a long road ahead with re-shoots, editing, score, visual effects, sound effects and mixing, as well as paying back the borrowed funds and credit cards that got us through production. Here's a short teaser video I put together:
TERMINUS is a short film about a girl and her brother, returning to Atlanta after a cataclysmic event and recovering from a terrible loss.
With a great story, talented cast and dedicated crew, we hope to bring Atlanta's creative community together and create something special.
Here's some of the rewards we've come up with for our backers:

THE CAST

April Billingsley first gained industry attention for her role in the indie horror-parody film Andre The Butcher and as a take-charge policewoman in the newly released Hellphone. She has also appeared in Mad Men, among other TV series. April is always up for a challenge and is constantly searching for projects that resonate with her.
Chandler Riggs made his professional stage debut at the age of eight with Theater of the Stars at Atlanta's Fox Theater in The Wizard of Oz. After several commercial credits, he had his feature film debut in Get Low. Most recently, he can be seen in The Walking Dead as Carl Grimes. A native of Atlanta, GA, he enjoys video games, tap dancing, and mountain biking.
Alex Van is a talented and prolific actor from the south, playing lead roles in movies such as My Super Psycho Sweet Sixteen and Dawn Anna. He just completed filming for his role as "Tizwell", a protective mennonite father, in director John Hillcoat's The Wettest County in The World
THE SCORE

The film will be scored by LYONNAIS, an Atlanta-based band composed of T.J. Blake, Lee Tesche, Farzad Moghaddam, and Farbod Kokabi. Falling somewhere within the nebulous, gray area between drone, avant-garde and indie rock, the foursome gives rise to long, sustained tones and slurred notes that tussle and fade into cinematic hues and abstract intentions.
In 2010, they were named "Best Experimental Act" by readers of Creative Loafing and "Best Experimental Band" by AOL City's Best.
