Hi fellow Backers!!

Please accept or apologies for the delay in this message as we suffered a great loss in the family last week.  As you may already know, we were unsuccessful in reaching our goal for funding shirts.  However, we were very successful in giving it a BIG go and with our best efforts.  We are supasyked to have shared our vision with you and put kids natural BIG HAIR on display for the world to see, EEK!

Baby Big Hair wants to thank each of you for supporting and believing in us. Please believe we will continue to strive to get these shirts printed.  We are determined more than ever to make this happen after receiving such great feedback and most importantly, your pledged support in faith.  As it stands, we will print each design one at a time.  We hope to do so within the next few months. Please feel free to share your favorite T-shirt. We'd love to hear from you! Just comment below.  We also plan to do something special for our backers so don't be a stranger:)  Again, our sincerest, most grateful THANK YOU for supporting the Baby Big Hair BIG LAUNCH!

EEEEEK!  What great last 7 days! we've had 3 backers pushing us well over 10% backing and if we keep with this momentum, we'll be hitting that mark come February 10, Jeah!  THANK YOU BACKERS!! Like-minded people have like-minded hearts. Have you shared our Kickstarter today?   BTW, we're really excited out the BBH totes.  Nice, roomy and sporty, just PERFECT for toting around with your BBH and holding all those hair products:)  The tote is part of the $75 backer award package, but we will be selling them post our BIG LAUNCH success.  You like??

Happy Saturday!  Baby Big Hair loves to interact with its readers and we did just that last Fall for our Detangling 101 class.  It was a fun time of sharing and swapping BIG HAIR tips.  Participants had the opportunity to test some of our favorite products and went home with lots of info and a bag of goodies to defeat those tangles, EEK!  This is one of many facets of Baby Big Hair that we hope to do more of in 2012. Check out the BIG HAIR represented in this video.  LOVE IT!! Many thanks to Miss T for being our BIG HAIR model.

It’s been almost two years since our first post on BabyBigHair.com. Here is a link to our Diva Spotlight feature on Beads, Braids and Beyond that was posted that summer.

Boy has it been a ride. Every day we are thankful for the opportunity to work together as a family, and are humbled by each Baby Big Hair subscriber, follower and “like.” At the end of the day, we’re just crazy parents of an awesome baby girl, but somehow Baby Big Hair has become so much more than that. It’s for your BBH and all BBH’s around the globe. Every pic, every Blast feature, every hairspiration celebrates the beauty of our children and you the parent or caretaker, for instilling positive messages and influences by investing your time in them.

A little about us
We are a team of 11 years. Hardworkers who have been blessed with the opportunity, an outlet, to combine our creative gifts to share our love for our most precious gift, our daughter, lovingly known as Baby Big Hair. I, Larry, am your resident graphic artist and frotographer, but what you may not know, is… I've been known to spit a verse or two!! Oh yes, yes y’all ain't ready!! As for Chloe, she the resident stylist (hair and fashion), frotographer wannabe, got crafts and decor, but occasionally SHE BEEEEEE IN DA’STUDIO, STUDIO!! She thinks and breathes music. Our daughter has inherited both our sillies and talents. She is jokes for DAYZ and is destined to be quite the entertainer. Did I mention she’s smart as a whip and beautiful inside and out?!? 

We are so grateful for all the support and encouraging words given to us on our BIG LAUNCH Kickstarter Campaign from our fans, family and friends since we announced it a few weeks ago. We are just under 20 days away from the end of our Kickstarter project (ends on February 10). Currently we are 10% backed, and need more backers to make our goal a reality. Don't forget to spread the word!!
