Who is behind the project?
Ayden Oliver is the mastermind behind Braeden Glass. He is a poet, an artist, a designer, and a dreamer. He is a creator of worlds. As a queer transman he hopes to be a beacon of light for others who may not have the support or courage to pursue their wildest dreams and fantasies. He is always dreaming and always creating. It is the core of his being. His passion. His curse.
So what is it exactly?
Braeden Glass is a fashion line of hand-made jewelry and accessories that features dark, edgy, bold designs and imagery. Faith, sin, lust, desire, earth, and eternity are just a few words to describe the experience. Why hide your darkness when you can wear it?
Is it just your typical run-of-the-mill company?
No. This is not just about fashion. This is a piece to a much larger puzzle. This is a complex creation. This is the beginning of a fictional story that takes place in reality. It doesn't matter what choices you make from here on out, because the outcome remains the same. It has already been written. What you choose to be means nothing now and at the same time it means everything. If you could change the world, change reality, would you stand and fight? Or would you drive away?
What do you need from me to make this a reality?
Financial support, for starters. I only like to wear high-quality jewelry, and I hold my own work to those same expectations. Everything I use to make each piece is top of the line, and that comes with a hefty price tag. Your financial support will also enable me to buy the equipment and supplies I need to MAKE my own beads and necklaces from scratch. That ensures not only quality, it ensures a custom experience and a piece of art that is truly one-of-a-kind. No more walking into an event only to see that someone else is doused in the same accessories of self-expression as you are. You are the center of attention, because you are Braeden Glass and there is only one of you.
What if I can't afford to pledge money right now?
Never fear! Money is power, but it isn't everything. Real power comes from community. Just spread the word! Tell all of your friends, and get them to tell their friends, and so on down the line. Help build an army of lost souls and fallen angels. Help bring the darkness into the light.
The website has poetry on it...what is it from?
Remember how I said earlier that Braeden Glass is complex? Well, I meant that. There is something larger brewing. Something else that gave birth to Braeden Glass. You see, Braeden Glass isn't just a company, he is a person. He isn't a real person, but he is more real than anyone you know. Both exist in reality and in a fictional reality. Don't try to wrap your head around it all just yet. I don't want to spoil the surprise. But this really is just the beginning. How could you not want to be a part of it?

Yes! The Etsy store is up and running at braedenglass.etsy.com and there is also a link to it on www.braedenglass.com. Beyond that? Hopefully I'll be selling at events in the Bay Area and eventually in select boutiques. Have some ideas? Let me know!
