Assorted in Philadelphia is an international art exhibition featuring the work of 29 artists from around the world.
Assorted in Philadelphia is an international art exhibition featuring the works of 29 artists. The gallery dubbed WhereHouse Space is incorporated within a 30,000 sq. ft. formerly abandoned warehouse in North Philadelphia. Our mission is to provide an outlet for artists without any social restrictions. We are also aiming to bring art into an area that has over the past few decades seen mass ruination and neglect. We want to provide the community with creative resources that are generally reserved for areas of greater affluence. This premiere exhibition will open on November 12th at 6pm. In addition to exhibiting the work of 29 artists we will be having performances by two musicians and a special performance by one of the participating artists.

The reason for doing this through kickstarter is that this show is all about community. We're not just doing this for ourselves. We're trying to build a gallery that can ultimately blossom into a community based organization. We want our friends and family to be part and Kickstarter gives us the opportunity to reach out to ask everyone to participate.
The funds we raise on Kickstarter will be used to help cover the costs of converting 7000 square feel of raw space into a spectacular gallery.
Your contributions to this project, however great or small, are enormously appreciated.
