So who are we?
We are Asis Studios, a creative agency that does great graphic design, motion graphics, web design, 3D design, advertising, and marketing work for businesses in our local area! Whats more important is that we are all huge fans of the original 151 Pokemon. Most of us actually met during our childhood from playing Pokemon TCG at our local comic shop. Since then we have never lost our passion, and have been looking for a high quality not so obvious way to show our pride! Not because we are ashamed, no no, but because we are too cool for school and want to only connect with our fellow fans! We did several small test runs of this design w/ some success - we sold about 50 shirts last year through various avenues We knew it was time to scale up and offer this design to the masses, with your help, of course!
Why we need your money!
Well, simply we are not set up to do large print runs. So we need to outsource the printing process, to a local company, and print in volume to make the screen printing worth it and offer amazing prices!

How are these shirts going to be manufactured?
We aim to create an epic quality product. That being said, we will be screen printing these designs with water based ink. Water based inks have several advantages to them over traditional plastisol inks, one is that they are much better for the environment when used properly. The second major advantage is that the ink penetrates deep into the fibers of the shirt, making it last longer and provide little to no feel/weight to the garment. It makes for a very soft shirt, traditional inks sit on top of the garment and feel gross.
We will be printing onto American Apparel's style #2001. This is a unisex model, and is proudly made in the usa. It is comprised of 100% fine ring spun combed cotton, and it's retail price is $18, no one ever said quality comes cheap. We have used this style shirt many times in the past, and can tell your from experience it is a pleasure to wear!

This project should be very easy to complete if funded successfully.
The designs are already done w/ the exception of the poster. Which may cause some issues, but nothing that cannot be tackled. If the poster design needs to be redesigned we will get on it asap, and keep the community informed along the way, we may even welcome your input :)!
The only other variable is the printing, we are intending to outsource the printing to another company. If the campaign is wildly successful, there is a chance we will upgrade our current equipment, and do the printing ourselves. We currently offer screen printing to our clients on a small scale, but could easily be upgraded to handle the volume needed.
We have extensive experience working with standard water based inks and discharge ink there should be no problem at all if we end up printing these ourselves.

After the campaign is over we will be sending out a survey that will collect all of the required info from you, including size, address, and other choices. Thank you for your support!

Make sure you pledge the correct amount, if you got the early bird t-shirt it would be 18 + 46 = 64 (74 if you are outside the USA), increase your pledge to 64 dollars and we will make sure you receive the correct rewards during the survey process. For example, if you got the early bird "catch them all deal", for $75, you would simply increase your pledge by 46 dollars for a grand total of $121 ($136 if outside of the USA)! Thank You!
