About this project
I wish to start an apparel project to represent the Legacy of Hockey and it's history.
With the money raised I will create logos ( hockey crest ) based of of select teams history ,location ,sponsors and etc to reflect the era in which the teams played. The logos will then be hand screened on to t-shirts, felt pennants, and prints will be made of logos for framing. I will also make hand customized fitted caps that represent teams selected.
These products will be rewards for those who wish to fund this project. Apparel has always been a great medium to spread a message or to strike up conversation and I feel that it can help create an interest in the history of hockey.
I've come to Kickstarter to fund this project because it's the prefect way to get people that are interested in what I do a piece of my work in their hand. All creative projects cost money and I want to create the art I'm capable of not just the art I can afford.

Hello my name is Arvay Adams and I run a small design studio in Baltimore that produces hand customized baseball caps of sports teams of the pass using vintage logos and/or hand screened, cut, and sewn felt patches. I also produce a line of conceptual sports t-shirts called Versus. The t-shirts deals with sports topics that fans of that team or player may only be aware of. A t-shirt line for the true fan.
Plain and simple....I attack designing historic sports apparel not only as a craftsman but as an artist. I'm just using a different canvas.
