Bringing lost drawings back to life and to share the last and lost three years of my life though painting, video, and design.
In 2012 I lost three years worth of illustrative work in a matter of three seconds. In a rush, I lost a bag which held my prized notebooks while getting into a car on my way to the dog run in Brooklyn, and though I returned minutes later, the bag (and the notebooks) were gone forever. Luckily, I've documented the majority of these illustrations through photos and scans and plan to revive my lost body of work through as many mediums as possible, including my own original paintings and illustrations, a film documentary with director Maria Juranic, dance, music, and more.
On April 21st at CO Exhibitions in Minneapolis, MN, I plan to display these re-imagined works.
Donated funds will help me with costs including:
- documentation of the entire project through film and editing
- Transportation and shipping of work to Minneapolis
- Art supplies to complete 40+ large paintings
