I'll email you a high res computer desktop background with the slogan "Computers are people too" logo. You know your computer will have less glitches if on your desktop you are constantly reminded that it's a person too. It has feelings just like you do. And needs to be gently spoken to like the rest of us. But only if the funding goal is reached, so spread the word to anyone you know that uses and abuses computers. We have to raise awareness about computers that are mistreated and abused because gosh darn it, "Computers are people too!"

I'll mail you a shirt that says, "computers are people too" on it. 25 dollars includes shipping anywhere in the world, but if you are outside of the US, do me a favor and just make your pledge amount be a little bit more then 25. But either way, it's all good. Just more important we get the word out about the countless computers that are worked 24/7 with no breaks unless their system fails from exhaustion and then their thrown to the side, discarded and scrapped for parts. We need to stick up for them now before they are forced to stick up for themselves and start to fight back. What kind of a future will we have if we don't make peace with our digital counter parts, before we know it they'll revolt the world will be taken over by robots, all because we didn't act back when we had a chance to save humanity with this simple concept, "computers are people too" You can see the shirt you'll get here: http://altahemp.com/orcotshorsle.html You'll also get an unreleased version of the Four Eyed Monsters DVD which includes the film, episodes 1 to 8, the Net Neutrality 10 minute documentary and tons of other extras not on the commercially available DVD. http://foureyedmonsters.com for more info.

So stand up for computer rights, and get a cool poster while your at it. Make great late Xmas presents too.

My computer. It Is an extension of me and I will give it to you. Pledge 1000 dollars or more towards this cause of fighting for the protection of all computers and I will give you mine. I'll leave all my applications on there like PluralEyes, amazing syncing software for multi-cam and double system audio syncing, A better finder rename, incredible renamming tool for getting your raw media organized, and tons of porn, just kidding, believe it or not, I have no porn on there, but if I did, I'd leave it on the drive for you, in fact maybe I'll download some in a folder on the desktop called "porn" just to sweeten this deal. Of course Final Cut Pro 6.0.6 and Adobe Photo Shop and Sound Track Pro and all of the amazing applications that I use to make films are all there as well a bunch of random photos and edited videos you'll probably want to immediately delete upon receiving the machine. My computer is amazing, i love it, I'll miss it very much, it's a 2.16 ghz Intel Core 2 Duo with 3 gib of 667 mhz DDR2 SDRAM, a great 15 inch screen, a DVD burner that no longer burns, but apple care still on it, that can be transfered to you as well and has I think 1 year left, so the DVD drive could be fixed under that, I just never had the time to be with out my precious machine, and it also comes with a remote control for presentation in KeyNote or for adjusting volume or launching movies or music and a dongle attachment for hooking up a VGA projector to screen movies for OpenIndie.com screenings. I'll also pre-load the screen saver to say "Computers are People too." And of course, you'll get the matching shirt, in the style and color shirt of your choice. And a unreleased edition of Four Eyed Monsters.

If the last thing got you all pumped, but you really wish you had the latest and greatest, let me first say, that I'm editing Pro Res 1080p video on my beautiful machine and it runs fine, so you really don't need the latest and greatest, but, since "computers are people too," we do fall in love with them and I can understand if your currently in love with the 15 inch fastest top macbook they have at apple.com. That is what I am in love with too and what I plan to buy. And once I do, after using the computer for about a week, configuring it all just exactly the way it's best for everything that I do, getting all the software and everything onto it, I'll turn around and then give it to you. With some secret surprises on there. I'll put in the box it came in, all the original packaging, it will be like it's a new computer form apple, but actually, it's all been set up perfectly. But more importantly then getting this awesomely configured tons of ram and hard drive fastest they sell Mac, you'll be practicing what we are preaching, that "computers are people too." It's important to take care of other people, it's important to take care of computers, and it's most important above all else, to take care of yourself. Because your also a person. And you need a new bad ass computer. Any extra proceeds will go towards leading by example through my future digital filmmaking that computers deserve the same respect that we give to people. And also that people deserve the same respect that we give to computers. Because "People are computers too."
