All unautographed copies have shipped to supporters worldwide and most have reached their destination already. Some copies being sent outside the U.S. are taking longer to arrive than we'd like, thanks to the vagaries of international shipping services, but we're hearing from fans around the world who have gotten the book. Author Dennis Detwiller is slowly working through the autographed copies. All have been signed and most have been shipped, but he still has a few to mail out as time allows.
