Reading the Pledge levels, they are not worded like the Through a Glass Darkly where I could get multiple books by hitting multiples of the book pledge level. Can you confirm whether I can get multiple books for pledging multiples of the $40 (I live in the US)?

No, print on demand options have allowed us to not run up a huge print bill. Once the book is done, it will be printed.
