Update #2: More Cast and Crew, Plus a New Reward
Time is running low and we've quite a ways to go, but we're still plowing forward. We're very happy to unveil some new cast and crew to the project, as well as a cool new reward. First, the cast and crew.
Joining us behind the scenes is none other than Griffon Ramsey, who is on board as our Production Designer. Not only will she be bringing Tony's Halloween-loving world to life, but she'll also be using her magic to give Austin, Texas the aura of Fall it so defiantly resists. You can check out plenty of her art and prior projects at her personal website.
Also joining us in front of the camera will be Katie Folger (Zero Charisma), who rounds out our core teenager cast (as pictured in the bottom right above). We recently held our first group rehearsal, marking the first time Tony, Katie, and Devin were all in room together. Seeing the trio working through scenes was, to say the least, a complete light bulb moment for all of us, proving this is not just a movie we want to make, but a movie we need to make.
And lastly for today's update, the very generous geeks over at Rooster Teeth have offered up a truly unique reward: a walk-on voice role in a Season 11 episode of Red Vs. Blue! If you're unfamiliar with Rooster Teeth, they're the Austin-based production company behind Red vs. Blue, the longest running web series of all time, Achievement Hunter, and a number of other great online series and videos.
If you are familiar with RT, you'll know that not only is Emily an alum of the studio, but that guest voice roles on RvB are not something they offer very often. So, if you're a huge RvB fan, you can make that happen and support Grow Up, Tony Phillips in the process. It's a win-win!
