Abe Kasbo is the CEO Verasoni Worldwide – an integrated marketing & public relations communications consultancy with offices in New York and New Jersey. He is the producer and director of the upcoming film, The Arab-Americans: An Untold History. Mr. Kasbo immigrated from Aleppo, Syria at the age of 10 with his family. For the first 10 years of his life he was immersed in America culture as he read Superman, Batman, Mickey Mouse, watched Woody woodpecker and The Virginian along with Little House on Prairie (via Turkish Television in Turkish and translated to Arabic by his grandmother). His first crush obviously, was Melissa Gilbert. His historical heroes at the time included George Washington, Thomas Edison. Abe hung out with his friends at the music shop across the street from his father's tailor shop in Aleppo, where they enjoyed the music of Diana Ross and Queen.

As CEO of Verasoni Worldwide Mr. Kasbo has pioneered the integration of social networks and digital media with traditional marketing communications. His articles have appeared in The Journal of Medical Practice Management, Health Leaders Magazine, Healthcare Strategies, E-Healthcare News & Trends, and NJEntrepreneur.com. He has been featured in Institutional Investor, The American Medical Association News, O’Dwyer’s PR Report, The Star Ledger, The Record, and WABC NY, Fox5 NY and MY9 NY. He is completing his first book entitled “Marketing In Mayhem Economies.”
A frequent speaker at professional conference, he most recently was selected to speak at the Swedish American Life Sciences Summit in Stockholm, Sweden.
Mr. Kasbo is fluent in English and Arabic. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Policy and Management from Seton Hall University where he served as an adjunct professor at the University’s Center for Public Service. He has consulted with Fortune 500 companies including Lucent Technologies, TerraData / NCR, and government including the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services.
