Anthony Fiumano is embarking on his biggest project to date and he wants you to be a part of it! Help fund his new record and get great incentives!
We’re making a new record!!
Creating and releasing a new full-length album is a huge endeavor that comes along with a lot of excitement, determination, and hard work. Getting back into the studio provides us with the opportunity to make a record that’s truly representative of where we are right now.
We’ve already begun working with our producer to get pre-production underway and the new material is sounding better and better with every passing week. The songs, the band, and I have all been evolving with the hopes of recording our new record early this spring and releasing it in late 2010.
However, despite the fact that we have already been preparing to make this record, as things stand right now, the one road block we’ll eventually hit is that we will run out of funding.
This is why we have teamed up with our friends at Kickstarter, who have given us the opportunity to use their website as a means to raise our goal of at least $5,000. This money will get the ball rolling and we will be on our way to making a great album.
Making an album is expensive but this time around, we want to really do it right! This means having a budget to cover things like studio time, mixing, mastering, CD duplication, artwork, and the many other things involved when an independent artist goes the extra mile to make sure their music gets the push it deserves.
Along with our gratitude, you will receive a whole slew of great stuff when you pledge (outlined on our Kickstarter page). The more money we can raise on Kickstarter, the better, but even small donations will add up if that’s all you can afford. Every backer will be “in the loop” on everything that’s going on with the making of the record.
If you donate to my album you will receive the incentives of the level you donated at and also the incentives of all previous levels.
We have until April 9th to raise the money. If we don’t reach our goal of raising $5,000 by then, we will not receive any of the money that was pledged, you will not be charged for your donation, and we will not be able to deliver on any of the incentives we are offering (which would be sad). So, this kind of becomes a team effort!
As we continue to prepare for the recording sessions, I continue to be inspired by the confidence that this album becomes more and more promising every day. This could be a huge leap forward for us, so we’re asking for your help!
You’ve shown us such support in the past that it only makes sense to not only make this album “for” you, but to make it “with” you! Let’s get this money raised, and leave the rest to us!
